Let us manage your Property

• We find qualified renters through our proven tenant background and credit screening

• We Run all reports and verifications and prepare all leasing paperwork

• We Schedule vendors for maintenance items/repairs, attend City or HOA required inspections

• Perform yearly or bi-yearly inspections of the property and provide report to owner

• Collect and process rent

• Owners receive rent via ACH each month

• Utilize web based professional property management software which our owners have full access to help manage the account, the income and expenses

• Prepare year end reports for tax purposes

• Discounts offered for owners with multiple units/properties

We only charge a flat monthly fee of $100 per month OR 10% of gross rent collected, whichever is less!

(Note: We do not collect Monthly fees while units are vacant)

Our goal is to furnish owners with maximum income while keeping owner's involvement to an absolute minimum.
